How to find your tenant settings in one place
Wiki: Account concepts
When to use this
You want to see or change a plant-wide setting but don’t remember which page it lives on.
Steps
- Click Settings (
/settings), always one of the six items on the sidebar. - Each card is one settings domain (Operators & stations, Downtime policy, Job auto-close, Notifications, API & integrations, Shifts & workforce, Rates & costing, Products, KPI & Alarm Rules, Product Translations, Kiosk & screens, Navigation) with its current values shown at a glance.
- Click Manage on a card to jump straight to the page that owns it, already on the right tab or with the right section already open where the setting lives on a tabbed or multi-section page.
Notes
- Almost every card here is a directory, not a form: the value is read-only, and changing something happens on the page you land on after clicking Manage. The one exception is the Navigation card, which switches the sidebar mode right there, see How to navigate quickly for what Starter and Full mean.
- A setting that hasn’t been changed still shows a real value, labeled “app default” so you can tell it apart from a value someone set (labeled “set by admin”). A setting that has nothing configured, like a chat webhook nobody connected, shows “Not configured.”
- An em-dash means one of two things: your role doesn’t have access to see that value (anything you can’t see here, you also can’t see on the owning page), or the page couldn’t load it just now, try refreshing.
