The team behind Spall
John Holloway
Founder · Charlotte, NC
John Holloway brings twelve years of manufacturing experience from roles before Spall, one layer at a time: the process engineer squeezing OEE points out of a 22-million-unit-a-year foundry line, the systems integrator who wired 34 machines into Charlotte Pipe & Foundry's data platform, and the deployment lead who rolled out manufacturing data platforms across 100+ machines at four plants with zero churn.
He's sat in every seat this product serves: operator, engineer, analyst, buyer. Spall grew out of that experience: connecting older machines and giving plant teams the data to improve their work.
Jordan Cota

Jordan Cota has spent nearly a decade on the floor: heating and air technician, then food and beverage manufacturing, now automation engineer at an Amazon sortation center. Along the way he's worked with dozens of protocols to pull data off machines that were never meant to talk. Spall is that work, productized, so the next plant doesn't need a decade of integration experience to hear what its equipment is already saying.
