This is a marketing site, not the product

This page covers spall.cc, the brand site you're reading right now. The Spall product itself (the gateway, the app at app.spall.cc, and any data it pulls from your plant floor) is covered by your pilot or service agreement, not this policy, with one exception: how we handle basic in-app usage, covered below under "Product usage and support."

What we collect

• ▸ Pilot-request form fields: name, company, email, machine count, and your optional note. Submitted only when you fill out and send the form at #pilot.
• ▸ Cloudflare Web Analytics: aggregate page-view counts. No cookies, no client-side state, and no tracking across sites.
• ▸ Google Analytics 4: page views on this site, a record of a successful pilot-form send, and a record of clicks on the pilots@spall.cc mail link (measurement ID G-NGGYTDZS60). The form fields are not included in those records. Visitors outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom get a first-party cookie on spall.cc so return visits on this domain can be counted. Visitors in the EEA and the UK do not get that cookie. Google still receives a cookieless ping for those visits. We do not load Google Ads tags or conversion pixels.

This site does not load ad pixels or fingerprinting scripts.

What happens to a form submission

When you request a pilot, the form fields are emailed to us so a person can reply. We use it to answer your request and, if you become a customer, to set up your pilot. We don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to ad networks. It's kept only as long as we need it to follow up with you.

Product usage and support

Inside the app itself (app.spall.cc), we record basic usage, like when someone on your team last logged in and which screens they visit, so we can tell whether your shop is getting value and offer help before you have to ask. We also record specific actions your team takes, like raising or resolving a work item, coding a downtime reason, or exporting a report. This usage data stays inside your own company's account. It is never shared with other customers, never sold, and never handed to third parties for their own purposes. If you click a link in one of our email digests, we count that click through a signed link, not a hidden tracking image.

Third parties

Form delivery may pass through an email provider (Resend) or a notification route we control, purely to get the message to a person. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Page-view analytics go to Cloudflare Web Analytics and to Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC).
